Located in Manayunk-Roxborough, our team leads projects from acquisition and entitlements through construction, stabilization, and long-term ownership. Supported by an experienced in-house construction and operations team, Baker Street Partners executes developments efficiently while maintaining exceptional design quality and craftsmanship.

Our Founders

Andy Mulson leads construction and development execution at Baker Street Partners. He oversees project planning, budgeting, and construction, working closely with the team and project partners to ensure every development is built to the highest standards.

His deep knowledge of the building process allows him to successfully navigate the complexities that come with restoring historic and aging structures - bringing new life to properties that require both technical expertise and thoughtful craftsmanship.

Andy Mulson

Steve Olszewski focuses on acquisitions, project strategy, and investor relationships at Baker Street Partners. He works to identify development opportunities and structure projects that transform underutilized or complex properties into successful residential and multifamily communities.

Steve approaches development with the mindset of both an investor and a neighborhood builder - seeking opportunities that create lasting value for residents, partners, and the communities where BSP operates.
