PARISH HOUSE MANAYUNK
141 KRAMS AVE

Parish House Manayunk is a boutique apartment community by Baker Street Partners, born from the bold adaptive reuse of a beloved neighborhood landmark. Built in 1876, the former parish house of St. David’s Episcopal Church has stood as a timeless symbol in the Manayunk community—and Philadelphia at large—for nearly 150 years.

After decades of neglect and mismanagement, the structure had fallen into severe disrepair and was on the brink of being lost forever. Baker Street Partners stepped in with a clear vision and deep commitment to preservation. Through a painstaking, detail-oriented restoration, the building was reimagined into 12 luxury loft-style apartments that preserve its architectural integrity while offering the refined comforts today’s residents expect.

Featuring original stonework, soaring ceilings, and modern interior finishes, Parish House blends historic character with elevated urban living. Just steps from Main Street and the Manayunk Bridge Trail, residents enjoy walkable access to local cafés, shops, parks, and riverfront trails.

Parish House Manayunk is more than a place to live—it’s a piece of history, thoughtfully saved and brought back to life.
