Baker Street Partners’ residential division focuses on the renovation, restoration, and development of homes throughout Northwest Philadelphia.

Our work ranges from single-family renovations and homes that are thoughtfully restored and resold, to ground-up new construction houses that complement the surrounding neighborhood. A particular focus of our team is the meticulous restoration of historic and older Victorian homes, preserving the architectural details and vernacular that define the character of this area.
